Here's a REALLY QUICK house update. We found out this afternoon that we got a verbal agreement from the bank on the "Coon Rapids House" that we will have a contract ready to go by Monday. Whoa! GREAT! We also found out this week that through a connection we have, we are able to purchase a brand new detached-townhome in Lino Lakes for the same price. What?!?! We went from no offers, to 2 within a few hours! Sometimes I wonder what God is doing up there?!?! ;) We posted the pictures on our "Latest Hardie Pics" link, so take a peek and let us know what you think! Hopefully before the weekend is over we'll have our decision. We're going to look at both homes again on Sunday afternoon (we think our parents can come with too, which would be really nice) and we're PRAYING DESPERATELY for peace, clarity, wisdom, and discernment in making this decision.
